The 5Rhythms Legacy
5Rhythms is a dynamic movement meditation practice created by Gabrielle Roth (1941-2012) that guides participants through five distinct rhythms—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—as a pathway to freedom and self-awareness. Gabrielle's revolutionary approach emerged from her work at the Esalen Institute and has spread to 41 countries worldwide.
Today, her son Jonathan Horan continues her legacy as Executive Director of 5Rhythms Global, honoring her vision while expanding this transformative practice to new generations of seekers and dancers.
